Senior Head of Accounting – Aerospace & Defence

Oxford-based aerospace and defence organisation seeks a Head of Accounting to lead end-to-end accounting operations, statutory and management reporting, and a four‑person team.

You will own month-end close, ensure IFRS/UK GAAP compliance, support audits, and drive improvements in controls and systems. ACA or ACCA qualified candidates with SAP experience and UK BPSS clearance preferred.
