The Role
As Senior Site Manager, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will also act as the key liaison between UK site teams and the Italian project management team, ensuring smooth communication and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage site operations for luxury residential and hospitality interior fit-out projects.
- Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate daily activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Resolve site issues quickly to minimise delays.
- Maintain effective communication between UK operations and the Italian project management team.
- Ensure full compliance with UK Health & Safety regulations.
- Prepare site reports, monitor progress, and support project administration.
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in site management, construction, or interior fit-out projects.
- Previous experience delivering large-scale residential or hospitality developments is highly desirable.
Education
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Exceptional candidates with extensive UK site management experience will also be considered.
Language Skills
- Professional fluency in both English and Italian is essential.
