Lead Registered Manager — New Children’s EBD Home

Care First UK Recruitment Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation launching a brand-new 3-bed Children’s EBD home in Birmingham. The Registered Manager will set up, lead and develop the service, ensuring Ofsted-compliant, safe, nurturing care from day one.

You will work closely with a Responsible Individual and an experienced team to drive quality outcomes, recruit staff and establish a service defined by strong governance and positive outcomes for children.
