Interim Multi-Site Operations Manager – Leicester, Flexible Working

An experienced Interim Operations Manager is sought to lead across three Leicester sites, including one main site and two smaller locations. The role requires rapid assessment, engaging teams, and delivering improvements across safety, productivity, cost control and customer service.

You will drive multi-site operations, manage budgets and KPIs, oversee workforce planning and succession, and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers while ensuring regulatory compliance.
