Graphic Designer – Exhibitions & Events

Location: Loughton (onsite)

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £35K

My client is seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our in-house design studio. This role is at the heart of their exhibition business, creating visually compelling campaigns and on-site experiences for some of the UK’s leading live events.

You will be responsible for delivering striking, high-quality creative across print, digital, social, and motion, helping to bring our exhibitions to life from the first campaign concept through to on-site delivery.

The Role

The role focuses on creating impactful exhibition collateral, from creative campaigns through to on-site delivery. You will work across a wide variety of formats including print, digital, social, and motion assets, ensuring all work aligns with brand standards while pushing creative boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver creative campaigns for exhibitions from concept through to final execution
  • Produce a broad range of exhibition collateral, including marketing materials, signage, large-format graphics, digital assets, social media graphics, and email campaigns
  • Work collaboratively within the Media 10 design studio and across the wider business
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Adapt creative across different formats, platforms, and audiences
  • Maintain brand consistency and high creative standards across all outputs

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ professional experience as a graphic designer (in-house or agency)
  • Strong experience designing for exhibitions, events, or marketing campaigns
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects
  • Strong layout, typography, and visual communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of finish
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative studio team

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Knowledge of video or film editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
  • Experience producing motion or video content for digital and social platforms
