Description
- Assist with tax advisory and transactional matters.
- Review tax-related sections of legal and investor documents.
- Prepare draft responses to investor and stakeholder queries.
- Coordinate information and input from external advisers.
- Maintain trackers and support project management activities.
- Carry out legal and factual research.
- Assist with training materials and internal know-how resources.
- Support business development and pitch preparation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions
Profile
- LPC or SQE completed, or relevant legal experience.
- Strong academic background.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Positive and proactive approach to work.
- Comfortable working as part of a team.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
- Flexible when workload demands require it.
