Position Overview

Customer Service Co‑Ordinator (Hull) – a full‑time role paid £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. 42 hours per week.

Work Hours

Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:30pmFridays 7:30am to 4pm

Key Duties

  • Sales Support – process orders, prepare quotations, send product information and follow up with prospects.
  • Customer Enquiry Management – handle incoming calls, emails and digital enquiries, process orders through Sage, and ensure every customer feels supported.
  • Operations Liaison – communicate with suppliers, couriers and internal teams to keep everything moving.
  • General Admin – manage inboxes, proposals, service agreements, renewals, lead banks and provide EA support when needed.
  • SLT Support – attend meetings, take minutes, build presentations and occasionally support credit control.

Success Criteria

  • Orders input into Sage within 2 hours.
  • Customer enquiries responded to within 2 hours.
  • CRM & Sage records always accurate.
  • Customers consistently rating the business as one they’d recommend.
  • Hitting or exceeding CS Team KPIs.

Qualifications

  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong time & task management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Confidence with computer systems & spreadsheets.
  • A positive, adaptable, customer‑first mindset.
  • Enjoyment of routine, process and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in customer service or credit control is beneficial.
