Night Operations & Stock Specialist

Marks & Spencer Plc is hiring a Customer Assistant in Operations for late-night shifts in our store. You’ll be responsible for stock, deliveries, and backstage tasks that keep the shop floor full, clean, and ready for customers, working at pace and with accuracy.

The role is physically demanding, requires flexibility across store areas, and you will use digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock. An unsocial premium of £3.00 per hour applies to hours between 22:00 and 06:00.
