A specialist SEN setting in Hendon, Barnet is looking for a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex additional needs. This is a hands‑on SEN role for someone confident supporting pupils with more complex needs.

What the role involves

• Supporting pupils with complex needs, ASD, PMLD or EHCP-linked needs
• Helping pupils access learning and daily routines
• Working closely with SEN teachers, therapists and support staff
• Providing consistent, patient and reliable support

What they are looking for

• SEN, care, support work, school or youth work experience
• Someone comfortable with practical support
• Patience, resilience and strong communication
• A person who can stay calm and consistent throughout the day

Pay: £95 – £120 per day

Location: Hendon, Barnet (N20 9HR)

Start date: September 2026
