ICT Infrastructure Support Officer – 12‑Month FTC (Hybrid/Remote)

Warwick District Council is seeking an ICT Infrastructure Support Officer to coordinate the migration of the council’s analogue PSTN network to digital telephony and support the ICT Infrastructure team with administration, invoicing and system changes.

The role requires 1–2 years ICT support experience, knowledge of Windows Server, VMware and Cisco networking, and a willingness to travel to sites across the district. Hybrid/work-from-home is available, with travel costs reimbursed.
