Job Description:
Cundall Johnston & Partners LLP is seeking a Senior Building Services Technician for our Bristol office. You will produce and coordinate BIM models and drawings for MEP design across multiple projects, working within templates and standards.
You will review models, perform clash detection, and help drive automation initiatives, while inputting COBie/IFC/Uniclass data as required. Strong BIM experience and collaboration with engineers are essential.
