Community Outreach & Enrollment Specialist

Strive International Inc. is seeking an Outreach Specialist to build community partnerships, recruit students, and manage intake documentation. You will lead enrollment efforts across programs, engaging trusted community sources and maintaining CRM records to drive informed enrollment decisions.

Ideal candidates have grassroots outreach experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced nonprofit setting. In-person field work in Birmingham is required.
