Fleet Education Services is seeking dedicated mentors to support learners across Lewisham. Working on a one-to-one basis, you’ll help young people develop confidence, resilience, independence, and engagement with education while supporting them to achieve their personal goals and aspirations.
Leaders will deliver tailored mentoring sessions in learners’ homes, build trusted relationships with families, and create personalised support plans to overcome barriers to attendance and progression.
