Governance Officer: Board & Compliance Lead

St Mungo’s is seeking a Governance Officer to join our Governance team. You will work with the Head of Risk, Governance & Reporting to support trustees and senior leaders in meeting governance responsibilities, ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting best practice across the organisation.

The role includes organising Board and Committee meetings, coordinating the internal audit programme, and contributing to governance policy development.
