Adult Mental Health Social Worker – Integrated Care Team

Waltham Forest Council invites applications from an experienced Adult Social Worker to join the Integrated Mental Health and Wellness Team. You will support adults to achieve positive, person-centred outcomes and collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to deliver high-quality mental health services.

Qualified Social Worker with current registration and strong knowledge of the Care Act, safeguarding legislation, and CPA Framework is required.
