Mind and Body is an early intervention programme supporting 13-25 year olds around self-harming and risk taking behaviours, in order to help them achieve positive outcomes. This is a fixed term role, until October 2027, working 22.5 hours per week.
As part of this role, you will:
- Ensure timely response to administration requests and needs as appropriate
- Provide statistical reports on work undertaken as requested by senior managers and contribute to the development of service provision
- Undertake secretarial and administrative duties in accordance with the running of the services
- Ensure all service users receive access to relevant information about treatment
- Support colleagues and volunteers providing advice and guidance as appropriate, ensuring treatment standards are maintained and service users receive the most appropriate treatment
We would be excited to see evidence of the following in your application:
- A successful track record in a similar role, ideally within a business support or office function
- Excellent IT skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to manage competing/conflicting demands on your own initiative and are comfortable managing your own workload
