Century Fiction Editorial Director (9-Month FTC)

Century Fiction is seeking an Editorial Director on a 9-month FTC to lead the imprint’s publishing strategy, acquisitions and publication of a portfolio of bestselling commercial fiction. You will manage cross-functional teams and drive ambitious campaigns with Sales, Marketing and Rights to maximise reach and market impact.

You will oversee author care, nurture relationships with top authors and agents, and shape the list for continued commercial success in 2027.
