Job Details

• 45-hour per week contract
• Competitive salary with performance bonus structure

What You’ll Do

• Build people capability – Lead, coach, and develop your management team and crew, creating a culture rooted in Mas Heart, Mas Value, and Mas Flavour
• Deliver memorable QXR experiences – Ensure every customer interaction creates moments that matter and reflects our commitment to experience over transaction
• Own business performance – Lead the restaurant’s P&L, drive sales growth, and deliver strong profitability
• Set the tone – Lead by example, embodying Live Mas values and creating an environment of recognition, engagement, and fun
• Drive operational excellence – Ensure safe, legal, and compliant daily operations across all areas
