Youll work with contractors, residents and colleagues across PA Housing to help make sure our estate services run smoothly, contracts are managed effectively and our residents receive the service they expect from us.

Please note: This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

What youll be doing

  • Provide administrative and coordination support across a range of estate service contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records, performance data and compliance information for all contracts.
  • Process purchase orders, work orders, invoices and financial reconciliations.
  • Support contract monitoring through reporting, trackers and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate resident communications, including Section 20 consultation activities.
  • Manage enquiries from residents, contractors and colleagues, ensuring timely responses.
  • Organise and minute meetings, producing accurate records and action logs.
  • Support customer satisfaction monitoring, identifying trends and escalating concerns where required.

What were looking for:

  • Essential experience in administration, in contract management, housing, repairs, estates or service delivery environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience working with contractors, customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Confidence in processing invoices, purchase orders and financial administration.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and data management systems.
  • Ability to produce reports, maintain records and analyse performance information.
  • A positive, proactive approach with a commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Essential experience in repair scheduling, works planning, estate contract management or a similar operational support environment
