Onsite Account Specialist
Location: Northern Ireland Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with reasonable flexibility required Salary: £26-27K OTE £33K
We are seeking an organised and people-focused Onsite Account Specialist to support the delivery of an efficient and effective recruitment service for a key client account.

The Role
Reporting to the Account Manager and Operations Director, you will work closely with client management teams and our Shared Services Centre.
You will be responsible for developing, organising and administering a comprehensive recruitment service that supports the efficient and effective delivery of the client contract while contributing to account profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Understand the client’s business, culture, vacancies and workforce requirements.
- Source, interview and assess candidates in line with client needs and agreed KPIs.
- Coordinate recruitment campaigns and complete all registration, eligibility-to-work and compliance checks.
- Deliver client-specific training and issue onboarding information where required.
Client Management
- Support the Account Manager in delivering an effective, value-added service.
- Review account performance, workforce requirements and opportunities for improvement.
- Deliver the service in line with agreed SLAs and provide accurate reports and management information.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and temporary workers, responding promptly to feedback and concerns.
- Keep worker records accurate and ensure temporary workers are paid correctly and on time.
- Provide guidance on performance and absence matters, and conduct reviews or investigations where required.
- Gather client and candidate feedback and implement agreed improvements.
Compliance Management
- Ensure all account activity complies with legal, ethical, company and health and safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and complete required branch, client and ethical audits.
Essential Criteria
- At least six months’ experience providing a professional account management service or working within recruitment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- A stable employment history.
- Strong administration skills.
- Strong IT skills.
- GCSE English and Mathematics at Grades A-C, or equivalent.
- A full, clean driving licence.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience conducting disciplinary and grievance meetings.
- Business Administration Level 3 qualification.
