Aviation Strategy & Programme Director

AECOM is seeking a strategic, client-focused Aviation Client & Programme Director to drive growth across the UK & Ireland. You will lead pursuit and delivery of major aviation programmes, build executive relationships, and strengthen AECOM’s reputation as a trusted aviation partner.

Reporting to Sector Director, you will shape growth strategy, manage complex, multidisciplinary teams and ensure delivery excellence with safety and sustainability at the core.
