H&S Manager – Cambridge

PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join a major civil engineering project based in Cambridge.

This is a site-based role on a large infrastructure scheme, overseeing all aspects of health, safety and environmental compliance while working closely with the project team and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (essential)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Health & Safety/SHE Manager or Advisor role
• Strong background in civil engineering and groundworks
• Experience with RAMS, site audits, inspections and incident investigations
• Sound knowledge of CDM Regulations, LOLER, PUWER and current H&S legislation is beneficial
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Heavy groundworks
• Bulk & deep excavations
• Drainage & service installations
• Concrete works
• Piling support works
• Dewatering

Working Hours:

Monday-Friday | 07:30-17:30

Occasional Saturdays (currently 2 per month)
