Liverpool IT Support Engineer – 1st/2nd Line, ServiceNow

VIQU Limited are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a fast-paced IT service desk in Liverpool on a 3-month contract. You will be the first point of contact for staff IT queries, handling incidents, requests and triaging with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 and AD environments.

You will work onsite five days a week, providing 1st and 2nd line support across Windows desktops, peripherals and core business apps, with a strong focus on customer service and timely resolutions.
