Senior Motor Injury Supervisor (Solicitor/CILEX)

DAC Beachcroft in Newport is expanding our national Motor Injury team and seeking a Supervisor to lead a handlers’ team responsible for volume pre-litigated and litigated claims.

You will deliver day-one training, ongoing coaching, and performance reviews, while managing absence and ensuring compliance with client SLAs. The role emphasizes leadership, risk management and maintaining client relations in a busy environment.
