The Connect Response Officer role at Middlesbrough Council’s Connect service is a 24/7 emergency monitoring and response position serving residents across Middlesbrough. You will install essential equipment, assess needs, and provide support to help people stay safe and independent at home.
You will respond to emergencies with empathy and maintain high standards of person-centred care, while completing shifts including weekends and nights and holding a full UK driving license.
