Spanish-Speaking Growth & Acquisition Specialist

Monzo is seeking a Customer Acquisition Specialist on a 6-month fixed-term contract based in our London office. You will support Spanish-speaking prospective customers through onboarding by phone and email, explaining processes clearly while guiding them through the application journey.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Growth and Operations to improve onboarding, capture feedback and turn insights into actions. Fluency in Spanish and English, and experience with small businesses, are essential.
