Lead Child Protection Officer – 2-Year Fixed Term

Birmingham Children’s Trust is seeking a Principal Officer for Child Protection to provide expert advice, oversight and support in relation to child protection planning. This is a two-year fixed-term contract as the service transitions to MACPT and the lead child protection practitioner role in 2027.

The role involves facilitating Harm Outside the Home (HOTH) conferences, working with Empower U, and collaborating with schools, health professionals and the police to keep vulnerable children safe
