Handyperson/Maintenance Operative – Warminster

Location: Warminster and surrounding areas (60-90 minute radius)Hours: Monday to Friday, 39 hours per weekContract: Temp to Perm

We’re looking for a Skilled Labourer / Maintenance Operative to join a responsive repairs team carrying out general maintenance and repair work within occupied social housing properties.

Key duties:

• General property maintenance and repairs
• Basic joinery, plumbing and patch plastering
• Painting and decorating (desirable)
• Using a PDA to manage jobs
• Delivering excellent customer service while working in occupied homes
• Following health and safety procedures

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in property maintenance or as a Skilled Labourer/Maintenance Operative
• Basic joinery and plumbing skills
• Good communication and customer service
• Ability to work independently
• Full UK driving licence

A DBS check will be required for this role.
