Honeycomb Group is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment and Floating Support Officer to deliver person-centred housing support across Cheshire East, with attendance at Head Office in Stoke-on-Trent every Friday.
You will support tenants in both supported accommodation and independent tenancies, helping them gain skills, confidence and stability to maintain safe housing while collaborating with local services and communities.
