People & Culture Coordinator — Hybrid (Liverpool)

James’ Place in Liverpool is seeking a People Coordinator to join our expanding Finance and Resources Directorate. You will work closely with the People Manager, delivering compassionate HR support, maintaining records and ensuring compliant processes.

You’ll provide HR advice, support recruitment and onboarding, manage training, and assist with employee relations to create a respectful, inclusive staff experience in a growing charity.
