Info & Welfare Case Worker: Outreach & Advocacy

Birmingham Disability Resource Centre is seeking an Information and Advice Worker to provide accessible information, guidance and support to clients, including outreach, phone, email and home visits. The role emphasizes up-to-date knowledge of disability-related policy and strong client-centred practice.

You’ll work with service commissioners and internal teams to maintain resources, deliver IAG, manage caseloads, and support safeguarding and outcomes monitoring while meeting funder requirements.
