Student Advocacy & Advice Specialist

Bournemouth University is seeking a Student Advice Adviser to provide confidential guidance to BU students via email, phone or in-person meetings. You will maintain detailed case records using the university’s case management system and collaborate with SUBU to raise awareness of student issues through campaigns and events.

The role involves advising on academic, housing and financial matters, supporting students in personal crises, and helping prepare for formal panels.
