Fire Safety Lead: Housing Compliance & Risk

Wolverhampton Homes is seeking an experienced Fire Safety Officer to lead fire risk assessments, drive compliance, and oversee remedial works across our housing stock. You will engage residents, collaborate with contractors and WMFS, and contribute to building safety case development for high-risk buildings.

Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of fire safety legislation, Building Safety Act requirements, and qualifications in fire safety.
