Chef de Partie — Multi-Section Kitchen Pro

Dakota Manchester Airport is seeking a skilled Chef De Partie to join our Kitchen Team. You will lead at least two sections, cook to our Head Chef’s standards, and handle prep, with service lasting late into the evening.

The role is permanent with a 37.5-hour week, four or five days, and shifts finishing around 11:30pm (rarely 2:00am). Opportunity to work in a dynamic hotel kitchen within the Dakota brand.
