easyJet, based in Luton, is seeking a Senior Crew Optimisation Officer to lead end-to-end crew pairing and roster optimisation. You will ensure outputs are safe, legal and cost-efficient while coordinating with Planning, Rostering and Operations teams.
You will own complex scenarios, validate inputs, and guide decision-making using IBS/Jeppesen and advanced Excel. A proactive, cross-functional leader will help drive improvements and mentor team members.
