Property Underwriter

We are currently working with a global insurer to recruit a Property Underwriter to join their growing team.

Key responsibilities:

• Underwrite new business and renewals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients
• Manage a profitable portfolio in line with business plans and underwriting guidelines
• Contribute to portfolio management and business development
• Work closely with colleagues across underwriting, claims and actuarial teams

Experience required:

• Experience underwriting Property business
• A proven track record of managing and developing broker relationships
• Strong commercial and analytical skills
• The ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced underwriting environment
