Learning Solutions Designer – FMCG L&D & Content Curation

Yeo Valley is seeking a Learning Specialist to diagnose capability needs, design learning solutions, curate content and support development across the business. You will work with People Partners, Site Leaders and SMEs to ensure learning is aligned, practically relevant and engaging for our co-owners.

The role focuses 70% on learning design and content development and 30% on facilitation and delivery, creating blended learning using digital, virtual and face-to-face methods, curating pathways
