Pelham Homes Ltd, the commercial subsidiary of Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA), seeks an Independent Director to join its Board. The role focuses on shaping strategy, overseeing development and investment activities, and providing constructive challenge to ensure strong governance.

Six in-person board meetings per year, with additional training and appraisal activities. East Midlands location; interviews at our Clifton head office in Nottingham.
