Driver Operations Lead – Safety, Training & Performance

South Western Railway is seeking an experienced Driver Manager to lead and develop a team of train drivers, implement day-to-day line management, standards and performance criteria, and ensure safety, performance and operating objectives are met.

You will monitor the CMS database for your team, investigate accidents and incidents, coach staff to meet high standards, run welfare meetings, and make competence decisions. The role requires 37 hours per week over five days with on-call commitment.
