Are you an experienced IT leader with a passion for infrastructure, cyber security and service excellence?
We are seeking a Manager of Infrastructure, Security & Network Technologies to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of our critical technology services across the University. Reporting to the Director of IT and Information Systems, you will play a key role in shaping strategy, driving innovation and ensuring a secure, resilient and high-performing IT environment.
In this role, you will lead specialist teams responsible for infrastructure, networks and security services, including data centre operations, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, storage platforms, endpoint security and SOC services. You will champion Agile and ITIL best practices, manage major incidents, oversee budgets and supplier relationships, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional services that support teaching, learning and research.
About You
You will have:
- Proven experience leading infrastructure, network and cyber security teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery, service management and operational excellence.
- Experience managing complex IT environments, resources and budgets.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing high-performing teams.

This role will be located at Leeds Trinity University campus in Horsforth. Through our agile working framework, there will also be the option to spend some time working remotely and at our city centre campus, which will be discussed further with candidates at interview.
