Job Description:
Reading Borough Council is seeking an experienced Gas Engineer to join the Housing Repairs Team in Reading. You will carry out gas servicing, repairs and safety checks in residents’ homes to ensure safe and energy-efficient homes.
Based at Bennet Road depot, you will handle routine and emergency gas work, including boilers, cookers, fires, and heating systems, with involvement in out-of-hours call-outs and adherence to Gas Safe standards.
