People Specialist – HR & Employee Relations (Hybrid)

UKSBS, Swindon and Newport area, is seeking an HR specialist to lead employee relations and advise managers on performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance processes. You will ensure legal compliance and ACAS best practice across the organisation.
