Resource Planning Specialist – WFM & Analytics

Zuto Limited is seeking a Resource Planning Administrator in Greater Manchester to ensure customer-facing teams are effectively resourced and to support workforce planning, scheduling, and operational reporting. You will work in a fast-paced environment, building career-long expertise in workforce planning and performance analysis.

You will manage the WFM platform for Sales, Processing and Customer Service, produce daily staffing schedules, and provide MI reports to leadership.
