Youth Residential Support Specialist

Horizon Care and Education in Wakefield is recruiting a Children’s Residential Support Worker. You will help looked after children with daily routines, meals, activities, and personal development, creating a safe, supportive home environment.

You will build trusting relationships, role model positive behaviour, and participate in care planning. The role requires flexibility for shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins, and completion of a Level 3 qualification.
