24/7 Housing Support Advisor (Out-of-Hours)

Sovereign Network Group (SNG) is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for our Greenham Office in the UK. This on-site role supports our 24/7 alarm response centre, handling customer questions on housing, repairs, and complaints with a focus on resolution and quality calls.

You will work a rolling rota including weekends, with shifts between 7am and 11pm and some night work. A full UK driving licence and transport are essential.
