Food Safety & Compliance Officer (Hybrid, 2-Year)

Lancaster City Council is seeking a committed Food Safety Business Compliance Officer to help protect public health and support local food businesses in meeting high standards of safety and regulatory compliance.

Hybrid working with office and field-based duties, you will sample water, inspect shellfish beds, audit premises, handle complaints, and contribute to national studies, projects with opportunities to apply for grants and engage with the Food Standards Agency.
