Part-Time IAG & Casework Advisor

Birmingham Disability Resource Centre (DRC) seeks a part-time Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) caseworker to support disabled people, vulnerable adults and those with mental ill health. You will handle housing, welfare benefits, debts and social exclusion issues with a person-centered approach.

The role requires up-to-date IAG practice, strong ICT skills, and experience in caseload management within a small organisation.
