Impactful Recovery Coordinator — Prison Substance Misuse Care

Change Grow Live in Bristol is seeking a Recovery Coordinator to assess and engage with service users, ensuring access to the right interventions at the right time. You will work with the Clinical Substance Misuse team to develop care plans and participate in reviews.

The role requires knowledge of substance misuse, strong communication, and the ability to work in partnership with a wide range of professionals. Visa sponsorship is not available and DBS checks apply.
