Office-Based Repairs Scheduler – Customer-Centric Planner

Great Places Housing Group in Manchester is seeking a Repairs Scheduler (full time, 35 hours per week) to plan and allocate day-to-day and void repairs, coordinating with our contact centre, operatives and contractors.

You will monitor diaries, track progress, optimise bookings and ensure the right resources are used to meet customer needs. The role is office-based at our Head Office in Didsbury with a rota covering 7:30am–6:00pm and a focus on delivering first-time fixes.
