We’re currently supporting a fast-growing, mission-led startup looking for a Head of Marketing to define and lead the next stage of its growth.

Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a commercially minded B2C marketing leader who has built and scaled trusted consumer brands in a high-growth environment.
You’ll be equally comfortable shaping strategy and rolling up your sleeves across brand, digital growth, customer lifecycle, CRM and customer experience. This isn’t a role for someone who only wants to manage a team – it’s for someone who loves building, testing, learning and making a measurable commercial impact.
What you’ll be doing
- Own and evolve the marketing strategy from brand through to growth.
- Build and optimise the end-to-end customer journey across acquisition, lifecycle and retention.
- Lead a data-driven marketing function, combining creativity with commercial impact.
- Work closely with the founders and senior leadership to shape the next phase of growth.
- Build the marketing team, processes and foundations needed to support the business as it scales.
You’ll bring
- Experience leading marketing within a high-growth B2C business.
- A track record of building trusted consumer brands and delivering measurable commercial growth.
- Strong experience across digital, lifecycle, CRM and performance marketing.
- A hands-on, curious mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
- A genuine passion for purpose-led businesses and creating meaningful customer experiences.
